Simple Regimen for Moms

My health and beauty regimen completely changed when I become a stay at home wife and mom more than two years ago. I used to have a simple routine when it comes to taking care of my skin when I was working, but it has become even simpler when I became a full time homemaker. I find it very challenging to follow a beauty regimen because aside from it is time consuming, I find it hard to gather the needed strength to do it on a regular basis.

I know that as a woman, it is very important for me to take care of my skin that is why despite the busy schedule I have at home every day, juggling between household duties and online tasks; I always see to it to at least wash my face with soap and water before going to bed at night. After taking a bath in the morning, I made sure to put on moisturizer with Sun Protection Factor (SPF) to keep my skin and face protected from the scorching hit of the sun because unprotected sun exposure  may cause further damage to my skin. This is at least for me, a simple regimen that every mom should not take for granted.

Just recently, a friend has given me a gift certificate from a well-known skin care center here in the city and I am so excited to avail it. The gift certificate package is a choice of Oxygen Infusion, Diamond Peel, Cleansing Facial and Gold Capsule which I believe is a slimming treatment. Among the four options, I am interested to try either the Diamond Peel or the Cleansing Facial Treatment since I am not that familiar with Oxygen Infusion and I do not need the slimming treatment just yet.

I am so happy to be a beneficiary of a generous friend. We have not scheduled the beauty date yet but I am hoping to have it as soon as possible before I get too busy with some other stuff again. I always appreciate simple pleasures such as this one because it does not only give me the opportunity to take care of my wellbeing but most of all it helps me develop my personality and self-confidence as person and most of all as a woman.

You're right Sis! It is very important for every woman to feel at her best. That's why even I'm also busy with a lot of things, I make sure that I look after myself especially my health.

Good luck sa beauty date mo Sis. Yung Diamond Peel, I do it everytime nauwi ako sa PInas. Okay din yun. More on cleaning your face and removing dead skin cells.

I like diamond peel though I never thought that would be very easy to do (the process). I got that in Metrodeal, which is one of their promos and I'm kinda disapointed. Or maybe,I'm just expecting too much from the process, hehe!

It's our obligation as women to treat ourselves to some nice and relaxing spa and beauty regimen too. It's the only way we can give ourselves some much deserved "me" time.

Don't really have any regimen, just washing face and that's it but you are right, we should make it a habit to do even the simpler ways.

I've heard a lot of good reviews about Diamond Peel, I might do that in the future, as long as it won't hurt. I am very gutsy but when it comes to my face, I'm very careful ;) Have fun Rov's enjoy it!!!

Me time is vital in a woman. Sabi nga, looking great is feeling great too.
I've tried that Diamond Peel, it's nice but make sure to follow the instruction after the treatment.

A great friend like you always gets pampered by friends who loves you, and that includes me! :) And so true, daily regimen is not my thing and I do feel being so vain doing so. But it is just so right for us to take good care of our skin as we grow older. I am little bit scared of using different kinds of beauty products but just like to use those that I think suits my skin.

I have to say a big AMEN to this post. You need to pamper yourself once in a while. You do deserve it for simply being just the woman that you are and so much more!

Lucky you to have such generous friends, Rovz. Oh Well! It's no surprise. You've been a great pal and they are just returning the favor ;-)
